Teeth grinding, also known as bruxism, is the involuntary clenching of the teeth. Bruxism can occur during one’s sleeping, but most of the time, it happens when people are awake and conscious. This article will focus on teeth grinding and whether it’s a problem to watch out for.

What is Teeth Grinding?
